Setup and Implementation
Our professional services team will work with you to qualify whether Teams is right for your business, capture and design your call flows, and then build your Microsoft Teams Phone system.
When you commit to Vorco for 36-months, our professional services for a standard build are complimentary.
Ongoing Support
Post go-live, our expert support team are here to help you quickly and efficiently on an ad-hoc basis, or on a complimentary basis with our Managed Voice plan.
Extras
Resource Account Numbers $2/month. Useful for auto attendants and call queues.
Porting fee of $20/number applies when bringing your existing numbers to Vorco, or one free number port per user on a 24-month term.
Call Recording available from $10/user/month.

Small Print
Pricing excludes GST and Microsoft 365 licensing. Delegated Admin to your Microsoft 365 tenant is required so we can setup and maintain Teams Direct Routing and report on users for billing.
+Free trial for up to 10 users is subject to qualification to confirm Calling for Teams is right for your business. New Zealand and Australia calling to landlines and mobiles is included but calls to other destinations are blocked on trials. Free trial applies to the Vorco Calling for Teams product, you will still need appropriate Microsoft 365 licenses. We can help you with these.
Vorco Calling for Teams is available for a minimum of 5 users.
NZ & AU included plan landline & mobile calling fair usage policy applies. Included calling is for standard person to person calls. Included calling is not for outbound call centres, automatic dialling, continuous call forwarding or any other activity we consider non-standard. Excludes special numbers (directory assistance), premium numbers (e.g. 0900), non-geographic numbers that aren't mobile numbers.
